I hear sound but see no video

If you can hear a video but do not see the picture, or the picture is corrupted, this is most likely a problem with your DivX Codecs.
Please uninstall your current DivX Codecs, and download the new Codec pack from our Download Area.
Once you have installed the new Codecs, the videos should work fine!
