Video playback problems

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Windows Media Player which you can download from here-
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx

As an alternative we also recommend use of the free VLC Media Player which is compatible with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and several Linux versions-
http://www.videolan.org/vlc

For some videos you will also need the DivX codec-
http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/codec


We suggest to download the video clips to your hard drive instead of streaming them, as depending on your internet connection this will improve playback performance.

If you experience broken downloads, it is important that you delete the partial downloaded file from your hard drive before trying to download it again.
